If you would like to speak with our therapist before scheduling an appointment, please feel free to give us a call at 505 357 0055. You can also reach us by email or by submitting our online form with your questions.
When you call, you will be connected to our therapist, Sunel. If she is unavailable to answer, please leave a message, and we will get back to you within one business day.

Do I need a doctor's referral before I schedule an appointment?
You don't need a doctor's referral to see us.

After I scheduled my appointment with you, what is the process for filling out a history form ahead of time?
Please keep an eye out for four separate emails from our electronic medical system called PTEverywhere. In addition, the system will also send you a welcoming email that will let you choose a password to keep your personal information safe and secure.
Completing our forms in person:
If you prefer, you can complete the forms by hand in our office during your first visit. You can also print the forms and fill it out at home before your first appointment.

Does your medical record system have an app?
A PTEverywhere app is available to download for your convenience.
If you have trouble filling out our forms using the app, a few people report using their desktop to be a better option.
I forgot my password.
Please let us know through texting (505 357 0055) if you have forgotten your password. We will reset the system within 24 hours, so that you can change your password.
